When booking online be sure to select the styling service you would like (You can add additional services in the comment box during booking). If any changes need to be made to your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Do not come with your hair shampooed and blow dried!

Ann Bea's HairCare only give partial refunds at the time of service, and only makes adjustments to your style after contacting within 2 days after your service.

If you are prescribed a shampoo please bring it at the time of service. Tell your stylist about any scalp/hair conditions or any ingredients you may be allergic.

There is a take down fee starting at $10 for natural hair, and starting at $25 for styles with added hair.

To book an appointment online all clients must leave a deposit of 20% or $20 of the service fee, whichever is greater. If a client cancels less than 24 hours before their appointment , they will not receive a refund. Appointments rescheduled 24 hours in advance, monies will go towards future service.

After a client is late or cancels 3 times, the client will have to leave a deposit going forward, regardless if booked online or in person. If you miss your appointment and do not call at all, you may not be able to book again. Notify 24 hours in advance if you have to cancel or reschedule (emergencies and unexpected situations happen sometimes.) We value your time and don't overbook to give you the best service possible.
